Our Return Policy
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please include all accessories and documentation. Products that have been used or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
How to Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective — in which case we will cover the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
The DryMini comes with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your unit develops a defect during the warranty period, contact us for a replacement or refund.
